QuesaBirria Jalisco Tacos: Indulge in Authentic Halal Tacos in Chicago

Very nice small restaurante with delicious QuesaBirrias! They are basically quesadillas/tacos with options for protein. Perfect seasoning, the quesadillas/tacos have a crusty shell, really delicious! They come with a delicious broth too. Several sayings and thoughts around the place makes the atmosphere very cozy. Highly recommended!!

If you want cheesy crunchy meat seasoned filled tacos this place is for you. The tacos are great.. wasn't feeling the Ramen it was very salty couldn't eat it tho but I guess they don't specialize in that so yea

Literally one of the best experiences ever. Came in after getting a tattoo and I was ravenous, this place hit THE spot. Everyone who works there is so sweet and our food was amazing. Def will be coming back

I tried the birria tacos here and they were good — solid, but not my absolute favorite. I’ve had better birria, so it wouldn’t be my go-to spot to bring others, but it’s still worth trying. One big plus is that the food is halal, which is a huge plus, plus, plus. One of the salsas was fantastic, full of flavor, while the other one was really spicy, so definitely proceed with caution. The biggest downside for me was the space. The place is very small with limited in-house seating, which felt a bit off-putting, especially if you prefer open areas like I do. It’s also not handicap accessible since you have to walk up stairs. Overall, the birria tacos were good — not my top choice, but if I’m in the city, I’d definitely stop by again.

This was hands down one of the best birria experiences I’ve had. The tacos were packed with flavor, generously filled, and cooked to golden perfection. The consommé had that deep, savory taste you only get when something has been simmering for hours. Every dip added another layer of richness. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and the preparation is done right. QuesaBirria Jalisco Tacos delivers comfort food at its finest.

Wife wanted to head there for tacos as she saw it on a program months before. Doesnt disappoint. Fantastic tacos. I don’t know how they make it. I don’t know how many layers they have but it doesnt matter as it was awesome. We ordered 2 different 2 packs (a pack of 2 tacos) of Birria and Chicken. Comes with dipping sauce, cilantro and onions with lime wedges on the side and 2 types of salsa. A 2 pack runs $12 each. Well worth the price.

First time trying Quesabirria Jalisco Tacos and the food was delicious. I ordered takeout and even after a 30 minute drive, the tacos were still crunchy, juicy, and cheesy. The birria ramen and quesadillas were great too. The consomé was a bit watery for me, but the overall flavor was really good. It gets busy, but service was friendly. 8/10 definitely coming back for more.

I finally got a chance to try these quesabirria tacos!! They did not not disappoint. I really didn't care too much for the beef but I will say it was seasoned to perfection. There was nothing wrong with beef birria it was a texture thing for me. Now the chicken quesabirria was bomb.com . This is a must try!! Enjoy. Update i came in yesterday and the service and food was outstanding!!! The staff was great the food was on point. The cook Gamma even swatted bees away from my food and wrapped it up for me . Totally recommend!!
